How Ron Simpson Got Rich

Ron Simpson served six years in the United State Marines. During this time he was offered a prestigious opportunity to attend Officer’s School. But Ron had no interest in a career in the military, and no interest in being an Officer. Ron wanted to be an entrepreneur. That was his dream. After he finished the military, Ron took a job as a jewelry salesman and worked his way up the ladder to the top. Once he was there, he found her was still not happy and had the entrepreneurial itch. Ron Simpson wanted to be in business for himself.

Then one day Ron had “the moment”. He knew what he wanted to do. Ron wanted to get involved in some fashion with the video game industry. He had a love for playing games, and enjoyed how it brought his family together. He knew there must be others like him, who enjoyed the games and spent lots of disposable income buying games and game consoles.

Ron took $10,000 of his saving and purchased a video game store that was going out of business. He name it Play N Trade. Ron turned things around by making a customer’s visit to the store an “experience”, not a just a dry and boring cookie cutter corporate store.

Ron Simpson’s small gamble paid off. BIG TIME. Sales at Rons’s Play N Trade store skyrocketed. It was not long before he was opening more stores with the same concept in mind.

Today Ron owns over 100 Play N Trade stores, and has sold over 400 franchises worldwide. He was also named “Top 25 People of 2007? by Next Generation, an interactive industry newsletter.
