I see this guy on late night TV selling a kit on how to “play the corporate game without bringing the pain home”. His kit is called “A Blueprint for Success”. Bullshit. This guy is setting you up to get in deep shit. I read between the lines of his pitch. What he’s claiming is that you can set up a corporation and start a business. If the business fails, you just file bankruptcy for your corporation then you persoanlly walk away free and clear. This is what he means by “not bringing the pain home”. He claiming in not so many words that your personal assets are not at risk. This is totally not true. The creditors can just as easy come after you as a shareholder of the Corp. There’s nothing that prevents people from suing you if your company goes toes up. The best thing about having a Corp is the tax benefit, not the protection.

Then some tool on there who’s braging how he’s a student of Ray claims his company has a half million dollars in credit. Big fucking deal. That means nothing. Then he goes on to claim he needs that credit to print a calender, because a calender cost $100K to print. LMAO!!!! What a dumbass. If you’re paying $100K to get a calender printed, I have swamp land to sell you.

Then another claim is you need to set up a corporation because it give you the power to buy a wholesale prices. Ummm Ray….you dumbass. You can do the same with a $15 D.B.A. and it’s not a major pain in the butt to maintain.

Ray, you’re an idiot. And anyone who buys your $99 garbage is an idiot too. People are bringing the pain home by buying your trash.
