Adsense newbies these days are floored when they read stories about how the keyword “Mesothelioma” is paying upwards of $65. If you Google “highest paying keywords” you’re bound to see “Mesothelioma” up twords the top of that list somewhere.

The first thing the newbies will do is go build some MFA site with the keyword “Mesothelioma” all over it in hopes of getting paid $65 for one click and dreams of making hundreds of dollars per day.

Not so fast there newbies!

That keyword has not paid that much in years, and I think that dollar amount is exaggerated. I saw friends getting $6 or $7 for it back in it’s prime, but really nothing over $10. The main reason “Mesothelioma” was paying so much had to do with all the attorneys rounding up people to participate in lawsuits. But that well dried up about 4 years ago. The lawsuits have been over for years. So if you go setting up an MFA site hoping to make big dollars, don’t get your hopes up. “Mesothelioma” is only paying about $.15 cents these days at most. That’s due to constant waves of newbies all fighting for a keyword that does not pay. They eventually figure out the keyword does not pay and they quit. Then a whole new crop of newbies replaces them. It’s a never ending cycle, and the more newbies that jump in the loop, the worse the keyword pays.

Don’t waste your time newbies. It does not pay.
