Adam, In The Millionaire Mind Tom Stanley says that the more successful you become, the more critics you acquire. I suppose you’re one of Warren Buffet’s critics. Your house may be bigger than his (and good on ya if it is), but what about your balance sheet? How long do you suppose Warren has lived here? If he purchased it in the 40s he probably paid under $10,000 for it. That is a lot of unrealised capital gains. Must drive the KGB IRS crazy that they can’t tax that.
