If I had $1.00 for every time I heard someone, or saw someone on the internet posting about some “rich dad” preacher, and other “wealth building guru” seminars, I could buy a new Learjet 60 and quit having to wrestle for a seat with fat guys and hairy ladies with body odor on Southwest. Only mindless zombie dumb shit suckers who like to be parted quickly from all their money go to these seminars. And the only people getting rich are the ones selling the wealth seminars. NOT the people attending. They are going BROKE quick. Not getting rich quick.

Why the hell anyone in their right mind would pay $500 to attend a seminar from someone who has never proven they made $0.02 in real estate is beyond me. Common sense should tell you that’s it’s just going to be a big pitch for a more advanced and more expensive seminar. Instead of $500, the next one is going to cost $5,000. Once you drop the $5,000 for the “advanced” course, you’re going to be sold on a “elite” course that’s going to cost you $50,000. It will never end until you are flat dead broke and dead in your grave. When you spend that $500, they will have you targeted as a sucker and never leave you alone until your bank account is empty. Don’t attend free ones either. It’s the same shit. Only you start at free, instead of $500.

And most of the time these gurus who you are going to see, are not even at the seminar, let alone the one giving the presentation. The guru has just whored out their name to some snake oil salesman for a share of the proceeds. Smart of them to do this. Stupid for you to attend.

Please folks. Stop being total dumb asses and attending these seminars. They are not being given because they want to tell you secrets to building wealth and help you build real estate empires. They are giving the seminars for one reason only. And that’s to make THEM very rich. NOT you.
